Menopause used to be a taboo subject but now iCareiMove write policy and support businesses around this topic. Talking about menopausal symptoms and designing supports systems assist in the work environment but also home life. This topic is for the boys too. The more we talk about it the more we can the best out of the best years. The 3 courses: Menopause 101, MANopause for men and managers and bringing it all together with Menopause First Aid.
Workplace Training
Diversity and inclusion needs to cover menopausal women who are feeling unsupported. A greater awareness and wider conversation around menopause and the impact it has on work and life. There are economic consequences regarding Menopause and much of this can be addressed with processes and procedures in place. We help you create Champions in the workplace and support policy writing so women feel included.

iCareiMove start from mid-life (peri-menopause era) and move across the lifespan, adjusting exercise, adapting movements, progressing activities to accommodate the changing body. This knowledge is used in organisations to support ageing workforces and cultures to embed the ageing process.
