This is what we do in Health.
Since 2003 we have worked alongside our NHS providing services to support older people with chronic health conditions. It all started with a walking group at The Eden Project with people with COPD. Since then we have worked with 1000’s of older people seeking movement and mindfulness to help them live well and manage their health better.
Both live and community classes have continued to be delivered during the pandemic via Zoom, to reach as many in isolation as possible. To keep them engaged, connected and moving more, sitting less.
