Pilates, Strength & Balance Videos
I am really enjoying our Zoom classes. I can feel that I am exercising muscles that are probably underutilised and feel able to move more freely after a class.
I’m not generally someone who enjoys group sessions but you were both so jolly and clear with your instructions that I really enjoyed it. I’ll be practicing…particularly the chair to standing!
I particularly like/benefit from the balancing exercises as I sometimes feel unsteady when out walking particularly on uneven ground. I find the balancing exercises the most difficult.
