Never think that people can not move, sometimes it is about engagement… a toe tap… a smile… a head nod. These small movements are better than nothing at all. Everyone can respond positively to movement. Below are some ideas to support you. Dance. Tai Chi. Stretch. The idea is that anything goes and once you have them inspired, then you can crowbar in other movements to achieve over 20 minutes a day.
