Congratulations on completion of your short course
What happens next?
By now you have watched our videos about strength and balance. You have read the pages of the course and may have subscribed to other courses related to this. The next step is starting to implement some of the techniques with your people.
Keep it Simple
We recommend that you select 1 or 2 moves that you are happy with and test them out with your person/people. The best advise is to ask them. Ask your people how they feel? What they like? How thy are enjoying it? Keep everything simple. Keeping adding moves in and grow a playlist of moves that you can draw from.
Less is More
Sometimes we can feel bored by repeating the same move over and over again, however we assure you that your people enjoy high repetition and they need to keep repeating moves to help with their progress.
Suddenly it is a Routine
One day, you may stop looking for resources as you are using the moves as part of daily activity. THIS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT TO HAPPEN. We want you to embed positive and healthy changes into someones life. The challenge is then keep your knowledge up to date and look for new and different motivations. That is when we encourage you to look at further learning from us.
Keep Recording Improvements
Those improvements need to added into your care plans and/or notes and keep rewarding, keep shining and keep expanding your toolbox of wellbeing ideas.
