Move More Re-Imagined. Our Falls Prevention Programme which enables those who are unsteady or may have fallen, to sit less and move more.

Due to COVID-19, the iCareiMove team were previously unable to teach to their older clients in their community settings due to shielding and lockdown, but that did not stop them from being inventive and ambitious in reaching their customers throughout Cornwall. The programme had to be re-imagined.
