With the “everyone can move methodology”, iCareiMove have gone on to deliver their training and physical activity into many sectors, including hospitality, defence, health and care. With so many working longer and becoming pensionable later in life, it makes sense to focus on those who are younger, in a more preventative way.

Elixir Mid-Life Membership
Monthly access to Pilates, Pilability, conditioning classes, all on demand and live zoom sessions. The membership includes optional Facebook and Whatsapp groups plus monthly coaching calls. As experts in the ageing body, we start preventatively and focus on pro-ageing. All great options for mid-lifers.
MoveMore Older adults
Gentle guided exercise for older adults. Designed to keep them steady on their feet, build confidence in movement and reduce falls or fear of falling. FREE service to our older population, but do get in touch if you feel this is for you or a loved one. Suitable for fallers, frail, fear of falling or those who walk with an aid.

Information and knowledge sharing is what we love to do. Pushing content out through live events, recorded interviews, podcasts and webinars. Re-inforcing the positive messages around getting older. Being informed and engaged around ageing is the focus, including mental and physical health and human behaviour.
