Shero is the name adopted for all the work that iCareiMove deliver in relation to their female only work. Both Helen and Pat are connected to and support Womens refuge centres and are involved with peer mentoring in Cornwall.
Shero forms a fitness solution of messy movement for midlife women, before those niggles turn to nasties.
Shero has three elements. Instructor Training. Workshops & Talks and then The Coaching Package. Shero is where we support drive and influence real change in a tough world.
Menopause is not a new subject for us as a business. menopause has been part of the ageing journey. We have spent over 10 years developing and delivering mobility programmes based around our lived experiences with new mid-lifers ( Ahem! 40 something ish) and beyond. This is the dawning of a happy older age.
The human body changes. Some women have had surgical interventions, others physiological and psychological changes. Bodies grow older, therefore we must understand and learn to adapt. So welcome to Shero Meno Wellness. You know that ageing is likely to cause wrinkles and grey hair. But do you know how ageing will affect your teeth, heart and sexuality? Teach movement appropriate fitness and wellness to support todays living from experts in midlife health.
Shero courses, workshops and challenges are all designed to help you look inward and grow your Inner Shero. Supporting women and watching them develop and move forward in life is the essence of the Shero Programs.
Whether you wish to move towards a fitness challenge or address your own imposter syndrome, the Shero Collection has something for most women who are working on themselves.
Sessions include Imposter Syndrome, Emotional Intelligence, Accountability Talks, Body Confidence, Empowering Women and Shine Theory to name a few.

Prepare, move, warm up. Prepare the joints to move in all their positions so the body is maximised and supported. The warm up is usually under-appreciated and under-valued. Without fully exploring the joint actions, we are not able to reach the full potential of the body. The great speakers of our world all create maximum impact in the first few minutes of their speeches. That is what we want from Shero.
We have so much fun working through this program. So much of it simply makes sense. Menopause and midlife should be fabulous. Just like you.
My training with you guys always inspires me and allows me to update my knowledge and adapt me classes, incorporating ideas into existing classes I have attended your training for older adults, Strength & Balance and this too has broadened my knowledge to incorporate into my Chair Pilates helping the ageing population to move more and to keep their independence.

They are not feminists in the typical way, they deeply, with passion and whole heartedly support women. They volunteered and then we paid for a few women in need, in my company to do the Shero Program. We watched these women flourish and grow.
