iCareiMove© strongly recommends that you consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise.
iCareiMove© is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury.
If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge iCareiMove© from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of iCareiMove’s© negligence.
So… please make sure that you feel well enough to take part in the exercise sessions. If you have a health condition or have been unwell, please seek advice and clearance from your GP before taking part. If you feel unwell during the exercises, please take a break and stop exercising immediately. Have a drink close by and feel free to take a break whenever you need to. Make enough space around you to ensure your safety.
VERBAL SCREENING
Please ensure that all your clients have completed a written disclaimer and a verbal screening at EVERY session. Verbal screening should comprise of asking about their current health, whether there have been any changes to their health or medications, or if they have seen a clinician regarding their health and any updates from them. Your clients MUST have any inhalers, sprays or medications that they use for emergency care with them at each session or they must not take part.
RISK ASSESSMENTS
Risk assessments. Please ensure that you have completed a risk assessment of each venue and that any changes are added as soon as possible.

PARQs
Par Qs All clients should have a completed Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) prior to taking part in any session. Any queries or concerns should be followed up immediately and referred to the appropriate health provider. You may need to gain clearance to exercise from the GP before the client can safely take part. This is for your benefit and your client’s.
