Mindivator was created as a concept in 2018. Mindfulness has been part of our work since 2005 and is integral to the values of the business.
Mindivator is about working on the mind in a positive, motivational way, using breathing techniques to help people relax and create positive change.
Mindfulness has been used in all our courses as standard practise. It might be that your clients just want to skip to this element.
Mindivator is used in every iCareiMove Class and is a bigger course if you want to become a Mindivator Eyes Closed Coach. This element is designed for you to feel comfortable in helping others to relax.
