What makes us tick?
The mission of iCareiMove is to keep people moving, improve wellbeing, and enable them to live their best lives.
You can see and feel the passion within the team in everything that we do.
Health and wellbeing is at the heart of the business and we are proud to support people in their workplaces, homes and local communities.
Helen and the team have been disrupting and breaking new boundaries in health and wellbeing since 2005.

Becoming B Corp
Years of trying to fit in rather than embracing standing out. Conversations being pulled into becoming a charity and then a CIC, then one day someone explained that B corp could be our answer.
We believe that people matter most and that we have the winning combination to support our communities better. The B Corp enables us to make an impact in our world and leave a legacy as a direct result of being touched by iCareiMove.
B Corp Certification is unique because it measures a company’s entire social and environmental performance. From supply chain and input materials to charitable giving and employee benefits, B Corp Certification verifies that a business is meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
The journey to B Corp takes a while and we will keep you posted.

Being a voice
Nicknamed The Wellness Anarchist (Helen Tite) is known for speaking up and supporting those that sometimes can not be heard.
“It is all about quality of life. Kindness and time is what most people want in life and we want them to feel that we are holding them in a safe space so they can thrive and grow.”
Just a few minutes with our founder Helen Tite and you will know she can light up a room. She leads the team and is fiercely passionate about people.

The Eden Project – Walking Group
Set up in 2005 we worked with groups of people with breathing problems, to facilitate a weekly walking session at the Eden Project, to improve their health. The Eden project is full of steep hills and is built over an old quarry, and is not an easy walk! The group reported an improved sense of well being, improved social inclusion and a reduction in anti-depressants. We observed an increase in endurance and improved breathing and feedback from healthcare is always positive, especially with lung function tests. It has become so established that to this day, in 2022, it still continues.
Cornwall Hospice Care Warm Ups
Regularly seen warming up groups of people for the local Santa Fun runs and other fund raising events, we have supported local communities in a voluntary capacity.
EPIC Funding
We received funding to run a pilot programme to enable patients who were discharged from hospital, to exercise safely within their own homes, allowing for an earlier discharge and to improve their strength and balance. The pilot also allowed us to support people with learning disabilities in Day Centres, to move and become stronger and we also delivered training to the support staff in strength and balance.
Surprise Surprise with Holly Willoughby
Our life changing work with clients was brought to the attention of the ITV studios who arranged for Helen to be rewarded as one of their Surprise surprise guests with Holly Willoughby and Olly Murs. From that, Helen and her friends were sent on an incredible trip to Miami to meet the founder of Zumba, Beto Perez, where they visited the Head Office and were filmed, dancing with Beto and his top instructors in a live session.
The Women’s Centre Cornwall
Helen has been a Trustee for the Women’s Centre Cornwall and Pat is a volunteer mentor for the charity. Supporting women who have been the victim of domestic violence and abuse, helping to turn their lives around and move forward independently.
Memory Cafes with CRCC
We have taught our “Smile and Reflect” programme in Memory Cafes throughout Cornwall with funding from CRCC. The joy that it brings to people who live with dementia and their carers is immeasurable. Moving and dancing to music evokes wonderful memories of times gone by, when dance halls and waltzes were in fashion.
Falmouth Zestifal – BID Director Volunteer
In 2013, we led the Zumba Zestifal with an open air Zumba event for the Spring Festival, Party in the Park and many others. Engaging with local communities to dance, move and sing along. Helen supported the Falmouth Business Improvement District team as a volunteer Director, helping to bring people and businesses into the town, to support the economy.
Young People Cornwall
We were privileged to be asked to deliver sessions at the Young People in Cornwall event, which was run at the Tremough campus in Penryn. Encouraging young people to move, to lose their inhibitions and to be able to enjoy themselves in a safe space was wonderful. We watched them dancing, singing and laughing as we led dance and movement sessions when the young people stayed on camp.
Oxford Brookes University Research Project – Reneu
Reneu is the programme name for the Neurological rehabilitation course that we have created and delivered on behalf of KCCG, our local NHS commissioning body in Cornwall. It ran in 2014/15 and was run throughout Cornwall. We have progressed from this to create a non medical model that includes long Covid and is being run online.
