Stroke Rehabilitation

Supporting people living with stroke to rebuild confidence, rediscover movement and learn to thrive.

Specialist Rehabilitation That Goes The Distance With You

Rebuilding Strength, Function & Independence After Stroke

Every stroke is different, and so is each person’s recovery journey.

Stroke has a life-changing physical, emotional, and cognitive impact. Recovery requires specialist, coordinated rehabilitation that continues long after hospital discharge. Evidence shows that community-based, structured stroke rehabilitation delivered by specialist teams significantly improves long-term recovery, functional mobility, and reintegration into daily life.

Our aim is to help people move more, do more, and live more fully after stroke.

Recovery Takes Time Progress continues for months and years, not just during hospital care. Long-term community support is essential
Meaningful Daily Life Specialist rehabilitation in the community supports returning to the activities and routines that matter most
Individual Goals First Person-centred programmes honour individual goals, needs, and lived experience, not a one-size-fits-all approach
NHS Partnership We work closely with NHS teams to reduce waiting lists while maintaining continuity of care and clinical oversight

Built On Community. Driven By Purpose.

From Our Founder

“My passion for supporting people living with stroke began when my Dad had a severe stroke at just 52 years old. I was 19. Overnight, everything changed, for him, for our family, and for me. Watching him navigate the challenges of recovery shaped the work I do today. He taught me resilience, adaptation, and the importance of compassionate support. iCareiMove exists because of him and for every family who deserves the chance to thrive after stroke.”
